Booking Policies & Client Discounts
- Returning Client Discount: Past studio visitors and repeat clients receive 10% off all future workshops, laser engraving services, and custom orders.
- Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are granted for reservations and custom orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time or production kickoff. Requests made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
